Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and No Accountability We ordered several music boxes from this supplier and have been incredibly disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. The music boxes arrived with mechanical faults—many do not play properly or stop working entirely after minimal use. Additionally, the wooden casings are warped, making the boxes unsellable and in some cases unusable. This is clearly a manufacturing issue, yet the supplier has refused to offer replacements or take any responsibility for the defects. We’ve reached out multiple times to resolve this, but their lack of response and accountability has been frustrating and unprofessional. As a retailer, we rely on our suppliers to provide products that meet basic standards of quality. Unfortunately, this supplier has failed on every front. Would not recommend to anyone looking for reliable products or service.
